I’ll be releasing a series of videos demonstrating drum parts to songs, by original’s artists, that I have either recorded or performed live with over the years.
The first is “FREAK SHOW” by the U.K. based industrial band V2A. “FREAK SHOW” was the first single released from our 2018 album, Gravity Killer. The album charted at number 9 on the Alternative Music Charts in Germany. The drums on this song were programed, and it doesn’t feature any acoustic instrumentation. However, when the band performs live I do play a miced acoustic drum kit on stage, and this is what I do:
